The courts were literally about to do that. People praising her are sick. She killed a man in cold blood, when he was already caught. They would have put him away for life. But because SHE needed to feel the revenge for herself she decided to KILL. Justice wasn’t served, it wasn’t given the opportunity.

The state has a pathological fear of its citizens taking matters into their own hands, so labels the individuals that do as dangerous or deranged. I think this is also why offenders are sometimes labelled as victims (which some usually are until they start to abuse), so the state can attempt to dissuade people from administering their own justice, even if that gives the offenders the slack they need to repeatedly abuse or offend. It's all part of the "have to be seen to be doing something" tactic, which usually results in innocent people suffering.

They are hard wired that way. We used to camp near a facility that housed young male sex offenders. They would maintain the campground under the watchful eye of the facility staff. We had a conversation with the director who stated that there is no way to rehabilitate them and all they can do is try to create a positive environment for them. They would continually have sex with one another when they had the opportunity. These were teenage boys that would likely choose the wrong path in life and have the potential to reoffend. To say this was sad is an understatement.

I don’t know a parent who wouldn’t willingly ex-alive some POS who has harmed their child. This woman had to live with the guilt of her own actions putting her child in harm’s way, so to me she was just trying to make that right. I think we should follow the Code of Hammurabi, as in ‘if you do this…then you get this’. What she did was to get justice for her daughter.

Thakn you for the upload. Always appreciate your extensive research to give videos with such historical detail. I am not getting notifications lately even though I am subscribed to ALL with the bell. And I always hit Like and comment. I have noticed that on a couple of other channels I am fully subscribed to, however only temporary. So this may just be the case. I have to manually watch out for you today. KZbin has so many glitches and it is frustrating. But at least I can find you very easily!! Could you please do an upload on the first woman who went over Niagara Falls in a barrel on her 63rd birthday??? Would love that.

It's crazy that she could just walk right into court with a gun. That's weird even by American standards. It's not that we don't have more than our share of revenge killings, they just never happen in a courtroom. Gary Plauche, the guy that shot the man that molested his son in the middle of an airport during a prison transfer is epic. There's a reason he picked the airport. It's all but impossible to get a gun into the courtroom. He was charged, but never served any time.

Interesting how we all fancy ourselves experts at judging the actions and motivations of others as everyone else's lives are so trivially simplistic relative to our own complex and nebulous internal struggles. It rarely occurs to us that others think and feel just as we do and their lives are just as difficult as our own.

There was a UK documentary in the 90's...called 'Get away with murder' or something like that...There was 3 or 4 cases on on the documentary of people killing someone and not doing any time for the crime...One case stood out to me of an old gent who had looked after his wife for decades who was wheelchair bound for many years...She was awful to him verbally and physically abusing him whilst he did everything for her all of which was witnessed by friends and family...Eventually in the doorway of their home he snapped and strangled her in the wheel chair...The judge gave him a suspended sentence...and he walked out of the court room to go home

injustice is injustice. the courts were wrong to have treated that man with such lenience, I'm sure his sentencing would've been too lenient had the trial come to its conclusion, but the manslaughter sentence is also objectively wrong, even if it's morally right. pitiful legal system.

Probation for attempted murder! Out of jail when he should have been in. I can hardly blame the mother. She must have had such terrible grief. In a “ well ordered” society. No good society would allow someone who had been found guilty of abuse, rape, and attempted murder out of jail. Whoever did that is directly responsible for the murder of this child.
