I fasted for three days for my addicted husband, on the third night I heard God say " it is done". I thought I was just hearing things so I was ready to keep fasting but the next morning my husband woke up and felt the spirit of God over him and was pacing back and forth through the house because he'd never felt the presence of God before, and he woke me up crying saying I need to talk something is going on,... needless to say, this WAS God setting him free! He was free for three months, but because of deceit and temptation has fallen back. Please pray for his deliverance, i sense God has called me to fast again but this time for a deeper deliverance. Isaiah58, talks about fasting for the right reasons.

I once fasted for two weeks and only drank water. On the last day of my fast the Lord healed me completely of a physical illness that I had. He touched my body and there was an intense heat that went through my body and then it lifted out of me and at that instant I knew that God healed me and He did. And that was the reason I fasted to begin with was for Him to heal me. Thank you for your video it was a blessing. Blessings always, God is love.❤

Yes. A Total Fast can also bring healing from many diseases. Fasting is good for you to an extent. But even better if done smartly, correctly and for spiritual reasons. I’ve found that we as Americans eat WAY WAY too much and I can see how food/gluttony is or has become an issue here. Fasting proved to me how much more so that food is way overrated. This has always been my weakness, so it’s good for me to do it and overcome that weakness. Although it’s been a while since I’ve done one.

Hey, just in case anyone sees this. I don't know what you are going through, fear, anxiety, trauma, depression, a mental illness, physical pain, incurable disease... I just wanna say. God loves you and God heals... He is a very mighty God and he heals... Sometimes he allows us to go through this things so we can grow. It's tough, yes but don't give up... The Bible says in rom 8:28 that all things work together for good to those who love God.... So if you love the Almighty God then what are you so afraid of... God loves you with everything and that depression, anxiety, trauma, pain... It's all gonna work for your good.. in the Bible Jesus said, you may not see it now but someday you will... And that's factss, you go through this things but trust me it gets better... I used to have really negative thoughts... When I say negative I mean real negative.. I'd be so scared. I thought something was wrong with me. It was so hard then... I thought it was gonna be that way forever...the day lost its color and I was so scared of being depressed I didn't wanna fall into depression.. I was so so scared you guys but there was this morning I woke up and it's like I was sleeping but still awake I don't know how to explain it but I wasn't asleep.. it's almost like when you are about to fall asleep but if someone calls you you'll hear and then this voice said "change the way you see things" he talked about perception and it was so clear... I woke up that morning but didn't realize till like evening and I'm like yooooo, did God speak to me and it's been that way ever since... I've heard a lot he's told me early in the morning and I just write the lessons down... It's not an audible voice but I hear it, I don't know how to explain it but it speaks to my heart, my soul... It's like it passes a message without an audible voice but in the same time it's audible in my mind... I don't know guys but literally everything God taught me in the morning pointed to reading the Bible... Another one was "God is seeking people whose hearts are pure, God looks at the heart not your appearance" in order for my heart to be right with God it needs to be changed and transformed ... You know this poular saying "show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are" well it's the same with God....we are sad, anxious and depressed because we spend more time with the creation and not the creator. When you spend more time with God you begin to adopt God's way of thinking...He transforms your mind...you begin to think like him, which is good news because God doesn't have anxiety or depression,no no he doesn't...you begin to feel like he does, you'll be giving,loving,merciful and more compassionate. When you read the Bible,God transforms your mind..youll have more faith...the bible even says ___faith comes by the hearing of the word...That can only be done by reading God's word... Please, read your bible, don't just listen to sermons... That's not enough... You need to read the Bible yourself, at least a chapter a day. I created a tiktok for bible study... It's gonna be an interactive one, we are all gonna make friends.. literally a family (if one person is in pain, then we are all in pain... If you are praying for something then we are all interceding for you) a real family... I'm gonna be following every single person back cause yes I want to be involved in your life and you can dm me anytime... We are gonna be reading a chapter or two a day, not just reading but an in-depth study then we'll discuss either live or I'll make a video and you guys let me know what you think in the comment section.... God has been urging me to fast. The most I have ever done was a 7 day water fast. By the 7th day I felt like I was in PARADISE. It almost felt like I entered into a new dimension. I was HYPERSENSITIVE to all spiritual matters. Life felt HAPPIER and FULLER. I felt COMPLETE. The GREATEST FEELING was a sense of BELONGING. I remember thinking "I don't ever want to eat again." I am planning on doing another fast. God willing I will do 40 Days like my HEROS in the bible.

Christ pointed out those who wanted attention for their fasting either during or after.. that's why you put oil so not to make it obvious since fasting is between you and God.. But when you are personally asked about your experience you can tell the person.. Not to the world but to them that asked.. If I fast and no one knows and when I'm done I start telling people about how it was without them asking and they congratulate me, I tell you.. I've received my reward from them but not from God.. And if I give also and after giving I start telling people about how much I gave, I tell you I've recieved my reward but not from God.. And I tell you this video, She too has received her reward but not from God..

I did the 21 day Daniel fast. I felt amazing and have continued to eat much healthier and have definitely gotten closer to God as a result. After a fast, you just can’t come out the same way. It truly does change you for the better!!

Hey, just in case anyone sees this. I don't know what you are going through, fear, anxiety, trauma, depression, a mental illness, physical pain, incurable disease... I just wanna say. God loves you and God heals... He is a very mighty God and he heals... Sometimes he allows us to go through this things so we can grow. It's tough, yes but don't give up... The Bible says in rom 8:28 that all things work together for good to those who love God.... So if you love the Almighty God then what are you so afraid of... God loves you with everything and that depression, anxiety, trauma, pain... It's all gonna work for your good.. in the Bible Jesus said, you may not see it now but someday you will... And that's factss, you go through this things but trust me it gets better... I used to have really negative thoughts... When I say negative I mean real negative.. I'd be so scared. I thought something was wrong with me. It was so hard then... I thought it was gonna be that way forever...the day lost its color and I was so scared of being depressed I didn't wanna fall into depression.. I was so so scared you guys but there was this morning I woke up and it's like I was sleeping but still awake I don't know how to explain it but I wasn't asleep.. it's almost like when you are about to fall asleep but if someone calls you you'll hear and then this voice said "change the way you see things" he talked about perception and it was so clear... I woke up that morning but didn't realize till like evening and I'm like yooooo, did God speak to me and it's been that way ever since... I've heard a lot he's told me early in the morning and I just write the lessons down... It's not an audible voice but I hear it, I don't know how to explain it but it speaks to my heart, my soul... It's like it passes a message without an audible voice but in the same time it's audible in my mind... I don't know guys but literally everything God taught me in the morning pointed to reading the Bible... Another one was "God is seeking people whose hearts are pure, God looks at the heart not your appearance" in order for my heart to be right with God it needs to be changed and transformed ... You know this poular saying "show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are" well it's the same with God....we are sad, anxious and depressed because we spend more time with the creation and not the creator. When you spend more time with God you begin to adopt God's way of thinking...He transforms your mind...you begin to think like him, which is good news because God doesn't have anxiety or depression,no no he doesn't...you begin to feel like he does, you'll be giving,loving,merciful and more compassionate. When you read the Bible,God transforms your mind..youll have more faith...the bible even says ___faith comes by the hearing of the word...That can only be done by reading God's word... Please, read your bible, don't just listen to sermons... That's not enough... You need to read the Bible yourself, at least a chapter a day. I created a tiktok for bible study... It's gonna be an interactive one, we are all gonna make friends.. literally a family (if one person is in pain, then we are all in pain... If you are praying for something then we are all interceding for you) a real family... I would alternate reading His Word, worshipping and praying then watching spiritual videos ( as the Holy spirit leads) or prophetic things to help me in my fast. @@honeybadger8942 bread & water mainly.chicken noodle accationally to get some salt crackers. Crackers are similar to unleavened bread. Much prayer. I am able to do just about anything that I want now. It is crucifying the flesh. Each person has a different reason for a fast. Fast prayerfully.🌹

God is really great ,he saw danger that was coming a head of my family,so he instructed my family and i to fast for 40days . Recently I have been going thru fighting God about something in my life. And when it just wasn't going my way with the way i was trying to handle it, i just surrendered to God's way of handling it and there is so much peace that comes from that in the situation and it is only something God can do in your heart and life. I finished my 40 day 'fast' a few weeks ago. I however, was lead to eat only clean foods; no meat or diary or sugar or processed foods (probably because I have/had bad acid reflux). I wasn't sure if i had the funds to last 40 days but I knew I was being lead by God and God provided. And I too was actually afraid and didn't want the fast to end. I didn't want to lose the closeness I felt with him. No amount of words could successfully describe this experience but it is like no other. God really showed up and showed out for me and I try my best to maintain our relationship.

Something I learned that I would love to share. So many people forget the about the Will of God. What’s God’s Will for one person, in a given season, will not be the same will for someone else, because He knows where we are spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically... So when someone is called for a 40 day fast ( no matter how they do it) doesn’t mean that YOU have to do a 40 day fast. You just feel it in your spirit when you are called to a fast, and you pray about it and God will reveal the rest. Knowing when to fast or how to fast has been my struggle, especially in this season of the pandemic because I’m home with 4 kids and all the mommy duties I have.

This is my first time fasting, I thought I would try a 3 day fast. For dominion over my weed addiction (I smoked so many times everydah for 7 years) No food, no social media, no weed and no alcohol. Now I think I might need to do a ten day fast. I already feel results but because it’s only been a day 1/2 almost I still feel a craving for it and it hasn’t been long enough to get consistent to be real. I have never fasted until last month. I kept getting this urge to do so. I woke up and decided i would fast. I only did a 3 day fast. And let me tell you it was hard 😂. I’m a foodie. I love to eat. And as an American I tend to over eat. I also have a 1 year old daughter who I’m constantly preparing food for. There was a few times out of habit i almost ate. Each time i felt tempted or weak i asked the lord for strength. Some major things i realized while fasting were 1. You cannot rely on your own strength and must call on Jesus 2. A lot of what we do is habitual (for example eating for pleasure or out of boredom) sometimes we sin out of habit. Each time I fast I plan on going longer and longer

The Lord literally lead me to this video because i was feeling tired and down and because i just came out of a 40 day Daniel fast, the Lord was telling me to write about how this whole experience was and your testimony was very similar to mine, when i first started the fast and got a few weeks in i fellt like giving up, i felt like nothing was working because The Lord lead me to fast for deliverance for me and my family and even my friends and those around me but i my self was still struggling and falling into sin during the fast and i heard the devil saying just give up , it ain't working anyway but then i heard the spirit of the Lord saying...YOUR LIFE and THE LIVES OF THOSE around you DEPENDS on it, so i couldn't give up at all so i didn't give up and i even fasted for Guidance in selecting my subjects as i will be moving into 10th grade Next year, and the Lord gave me revelation that i on my own wouldn't have even thought about. the fast truly transformed me and even those around me in ways i couldn't even imagine and even out of this fast im still awaiting some answers and deliverance but i know its already done in Jesus Name as i can already feel it. May the Lord bless you, your testimony truly brought life and hope to my spirit! I thank God for you Sister! Keep doing the work of the Lord! You have no idea how powerful this testimony was

There is a huge blessing in fasting. The most I have fasted was 5 days straight no water and no food. The experiences I had were amazing. I can imagine how Moises felt 40 days with no food or water talking to God in the mountain, how Jesus felt communion with the Father. I remember God moving me when I was first converted, I was guided with a councilor (the Holy Spirit) I believe I was in a fast because music, games and entertainment was absolutely boring to me when before that was all I did, but reading his word was so amazing that I was in awe, it was more then just words that I read, in a sense I could see him pop out at me and it shook my entire body with joy, anticipation, ect. If I can remember I think I fasted for 28 days in 2013 of September or October. If you truly want to see supernatural changes, go on a fast it will change things in your life shutting off everything but the bible. No tv, no Friends, No Phone, internet, No Music, nothing just prayer, bible fasting. About 20 days in to a 40 day. Very humbling that’s for sure. Never thought I would do it or planned on doing it ever in my life. But now I’m IN IT. God just popped me IN IT. Deep in it. Not cutting off everything. Though I’ve done fasting how you have, cutting everything off. Personally though I’m glad I didn’t. God lead me into the church mystics, St. John of the Cross, Meister Eckhart, John Tauler. It’s SUCH a blessing. They are amazing teachers on humility, that is, you are become nothing and God has become everything and in that all His fullness is revealed and poured out in to your soul. When you are empty God fills you up. Pride has to go 100% ego has to die. And God will fill the void. Dead to self and alive to God in Christ. Those ministers I mentioned are the most amazing teachers I have ever heard on this subject. Such a blessing to have been lead to such great teachers on the main topic you come face to face with in a long fast. That is, you are nothing without God. You are faced with that. So God has become everything that you have and Everything that you ever will need. That’s really what the core of this long fast seems to be. Probably the most important lesson you can ever apprehend to as a Christian. Since pride blocks true love, because Ego blocks your ability to selflessly love others above yourself. You can only selflessly love others when self is out of the way. You can only come to terms with Gods fullness when your fullness has been humbled into meekness becoming poor in spirit. For God Himself is selfless and only full of pure unconditional love for us. So we ought to be humbled before Him making ourselves open to receive Him in like manner we will be selflessly able to love Him and others in return. Nothing worse then putting ourselves above God which so often times we easily do even unaware.

thank you for sharing, I can see your beautiful soul and the light of God upon you, I can relate to a lot of what you said, in 2018 God introduced me to fasting it was to prepare me for deliverance, and after I got delivered I got baptized and I fasted 6 to 6 basically the entire year as he taught me so much including how I should eat, it was soooo amazing I always felt led to do a straight no food fast for 40 days but I never did. its been two years now and I've since started back with old eating habits mainly sugar which is a stronghold in my life that I am convinced the enemy uses over me so I will be disconnected from MY LORD! I'm hoping with strength from GOD to start again day after tomorrow, i want to revive my relationship with my HEAVENLY FATHER! I'm going to do apples and bananas and coconut water for at least 7 days then coconut water alone for 7 days then I'll see what he tells me from there, pray for me guys that I can re-establish my relationship with MY LORD. this is late to comment about fasting..but i learn fast back on april 2017 i fasted 3 days and no water no food (working not even felt hungry) , read the new testament nd pray 3 times a day.. my fast was a repentance of my soul..and it was like God remove blindness on my eye. that the bible Declare Jesus is God. i able to read new testament for 2 week. and i got dream that there is fire on my right hand. when i wake up i told myself i can heal? but before that i worship God the father, singing Again and Again for more than an hours .. singing God the creator i wish to see Jesus with my own tone . 🙂 so it just did happen. when i woke up in the next morning i saw Jesus. the so bright star 5 time bigger than ordinary star showed up at the sky at 6 am in morning lasted for 30 minutes and gone. 🙂 the next morning it appear again. i knew it becuase in revelation Jesus declare he is the morning star. i told to my muslim friend i saw Jesus ☺ she was like what? then her friend came to house looking badly sick. i ask her friend if i can pray for here. i put my hand on her tummy and pray i just declare in the name of Jesus Christ be healed. then she was healed. she become active as if no pain at all. she has sever ulcer due to lacking of food. 🙂 ...God will always accept us if we repent..repent, repent ,

God can also give you a sensible approach. Each day try to fast one hour longer. Then soon you will build up to 24. Once you have mastered that, increase to 36, then 48, 72 and then if healthy for you try a 5 day fast. Good lucK!

I have never fasted and I rarely pray but God has urged me to start a 40 day fast and prayer. I watched your video and many others but your video as stood out for me and I have started my 40 day fast. The MOST important thing is focusing your heart towards Jesus, falling in love all over again....Just delight and have joy in him. And Then just be led by the Spirit of God.

So glad you got to know God and he revealed his mysterious to you. I too got on the same journey only for 7 days with food but I left other things permanently. I was searching for healing. God is so merciful, he bless me with healing from illnesses that doctors said there were no cure. God is wonderful. There is truly no one like Him. Love your testimony. Jesus is amazing, hallelujah. I’ve done drastically 40 days followed by another 21 days Intermittent Fasting Prayers.16 hours a day without food and drinks not even a sip of water.Reason why I done it,is to demolish every stronghold comes my way and break free from the spirit of witchcraft and divine healing on my healthwise as I went for regular cardiology check-ups.Blood test report came back normal and the doctors surprise.What did I do,I explained how it happen and tell him about intermittent fasting.It started on February 2020 I was feeling so tired and heavy.Went to the SPA body massage but nothing help me through.I started to see things and hear voices plot,seem like a serious talks beside me while I’m sleeping.I hear they talking right to my ears.Feet hurts and I feel the pain when I got up looks like I terribly knock into something but not sure what was it and I was wondering something is happening to Me for real.Praise Jesus I am well now.I continue to do fasting prayers as it is a privelege to me rather than just a diet.Past one year already I feel like it was just yesterday.Burden are lifted up,it is well with my soul.Focus on Jesus,work pray hard and let God works through.Fight for God’s purpose not for self ambitious or selfish gain.For God to show his glory and power.Declaring God’s promises of salvation and rain of divine healing and rain of peacefulness.I see how marvellous he is.I clearly see God’s true calling in life as I surrender myself to him and let it rain.Without fear and I’m not afraid in Jesus name.Amen 🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
