Fitness watch is the best thing happened to me, i started meeting the exercise, stand and move times..which i gradually increased and i got into a streak which I cannot break now. A little bit of strength training i do. Plus keeping a watch on the diet, enough water. Change i see is too satisfying :)

But why trainers don't suggest easy way to fat burning exercises like CrossFit. 1, clean and Jerk 2, thruster 3, dumbbell swing 4, deadlift. If anyone wants fit and strength do these experiences.
