@@bernardj1976 the little i know about the case, it sounds very weird. he was given a clean chit by a committee which had Motwane's mother as a member. then in a recent interview, Motwane mentioned that all of them (founders of Phantom) are in constant touch, which is surprising considering how Kashyap attacked Bahl when these stories came out. regarding your question, yes, i still call him that, because there is plenty of evidence to support that. he continues to behave in the same way.
