Change your eating and living habits, try intermittent and water fasting and try adaptogenic herbs like Ashwaganda, Mucuna Pruriens, Rhodiola Rosea, etc - they really do work. Exercise, go out in the sun, nature, hike up a mountain, etc. I don't know how you are now, but I assure you this is will help - I eliminated my depression and anxiety this way. One more thing - stop porn consumption, no matter how small (if you use it). This is essentiy.

I was just having this conversation with my mother last night. This music hits me somewhere deep. And even on certain occasion i have teared up. I also have a little bit of bulgarian in my family, so Russian/slavic music does something to me too. Ancestral memories are a thing, and I think music sometimes awakens these memories for a moment allowing us to feel what they felt. Just my personal opinion.

Very good album, love listening to it since summer. Though I wanna remind everyone that Vikings aren't a thing. No people with horned helmets and double edged axes existed in that time period. The "viking" imagery along with this kind of music is amplified history. It is very enjoyable nearly on a religious plane, a great gateway into the olden ways, but never mistake it for a fact, read about the actual Norse, Slav, Baltic and other people, they have a lot to teach you.

I am German/Norsk Icelandic/Scottish Irish/Scandinavian, on my dad and mom's side, I am proud of my beautiful European HERITAGE and CULTURE. Yes I come from a long line of Vikings, I know what clan I come from, my ancestors hunted down those frost giants. I will also say, the Vikings were very hesitant and leary of attacking The Irish, Vikings did not have the outcome they desired.

You need to brush up on your Irish history. The Vikings held raids in Ireland for over 2 centuries and they did rein for a short while. Some of our city's names come from the Norse language. Black pool, translated from Gaelic Irish is Dubh Lin which is now Dublin. Also, some words of our gaelic Irish language originated from Scandinavia. A lot of European people have traces of Viking/Scandinavian genes which I'm proud to have : )

Слушая этот альбом я смело могу сказать что музыка становится всё лучше и лучше, заставляя кровь закипать, чувствуя величие бесконечности и необъятности. Такую музыку приятно слушать. Ты представляешь кровавые битвы, видишь разные обычаи культуры. Представляешь себе путь обретения власти и господства над вселенными и мирами от обычного смертного до Великого существования. Эта музыка вдохновляет. Ты чувствуешь величие и мудрость предков. Силы древних рас, которые были на много могущественнее нынешнего мира. I am listening to this entire album on a cold Winter evening in northwest USA, while my Norwegian wife sleeps 9 hours ahead in Hordaland...the old Viking homeland. This is the best yet from Danheim! The old sounds rumble through my DNA to speak to my primitive nature. I shall dream later of the warriors in the mist, the fires lighting up the rocky shores, and the runes left there in the stones to tell me...."WE LIVED HERE. WE WORSHIPPED HERE.
