We lived in those times and places, that's precisely why the deeply emotional response and "homesick" feeling happens automatically when wear Heilung. It's our soul memory recognizing not only the sound but the feeling it produces inside you. What we are REALLY homesick for is feasting with our kin after a successful hunt, feeling gratitude for Mother Earth's gifts as we reap a bountiful harvest, dancing around a fire clad only in star light and the shining of a full moon, the sense of adventure and excitement as we shove off on an inaugural voyage in a new vessel built by the strength of our own backs and the sweat of our own brows, headed for lands unknown with nothing but the stars to point the way . . .

I went to a VA PTSD treatment in South Dakota and spent a lot of time talking to the many, many natives that were there and we discussed our beliefs at length. I found myself on a mountain top with some of their spiritual leaders. We did many things together that opened our minds to each others. I was at the Heilung concert in Frankfurt last year. Whereby concert doesn't even come close to describing what you experience live. It's more of an experience, you don't just listen with your ears but with your whole body, your soul. You don't understand a lot of things, but you don't have to understand them either, everything is connected. I had experienced healing through KZbin before and it really picked me up. But when you experience Heilung live, you feel purified afterwards. And even that doesn't come close to describing the experience. I had goosebumps throughout the whole concert, inside and out. Healing led me through a severe depression years ago and made things easier for me. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

It gets even better when you do understand every single word in their songs. Thank you Kai Uwe, Christopher and Maria! This means more to me as you can ever imagine. I've been born and raised in Germany but my roots also go far away, miles through the Earth. My paternal grandmother Oma Dora was an original Taíno and I ever felt it. I feel and love the Agent German Culture too and all the Family and Friends that I know are here but sometimes I felt kind of displaced, wrong, like something is missing and other times I had to deal with some forms of stupid racism too but that's not because I'm in Germany. Racism exists all over the world, even though we are all people. WE ARE ALL PEOPLE! I wish I could have danced with you all! I wish we all could have danced together! 😁 Spiral Out and may the Force be with you 🤘😝🔥

Our Germanic culture will always be with us deep in our souls. Travel well brother. Not long ago I learnt of my Germanic blood line. My family here in Australia did not talk about it other than my Grandmother who told me. I will never be ashamed of my Germanic blood and it’s people. Live long and prosper

We should stop comparing Lifa at Castlefest and this Lifa at Red Rock! While I think original Lifa may seem to be more visceral, this rendition is more mystical. The location is absolutely fitting for Heilung’s Ritual and the native Americans intro was in many ways and layers, like a preparation! As everything in life, Heilung is evolving and I do believe for the best! For those of you who were there, now having this to remind you! What an incredible experience! Peace out there!

It's a night of the full moon and I'm watching Hamrer Hippyer for probably the 40th time, and it's just so ecstatic and elemental, it makes me want to leap out of this room and find where the moonlight streams low on these last warm evenings at the end of summer. Follow the drums and dance, forget all but the resonating beats and the thrum of old songs coming together.

I love how much they include the local tribes into their rituals. Our cultures are like sisters to one another, drawing inspiration and energy from nature and honoring the land and creatures inhabiting it. The contrast to one another is amazing to witness. The raw, hard edged and sadly partly lost culture of germanic and eurasian people and the fierce, yet warm and colorful regalia of the first nation tribe they have performing with them - simply amazing.

Thank you so much, not only to Heilung, but to all 10k of you that were able to be there for me in my stead. I wanted so badly to be there, but this opera singer is trying to find his own way. Heilung's and my path started in Cleveland, OH when my wife and I would hold Viking Dance Parties to try and get to 1000 steps for my daily fitness regiment. We're now living in Philly, where I'm walking an average of 15k steps per day, with Heilung along almost every beat and every step along my journey. I'm eternally grateful for the ancestral healing that you are doing not only through this nation by inviting the First Nations, but also throughout the whole world. If ever you need the shear power of a Wagnerian Heldentenor, you come and let me know. I'll never forget our ritual in Baltimore. With so much love and gratitude. Skal, mein Bruder!

@TheGeekMonster turn on some Viking music, like this ritual right here, and JUST DANCE my friend!!! It's been great to have these foundational memories as I traverse through Philly and NYC for my coachings walking right by the Metropolitan Opera House, manifesting those dreams and putting them to work. It's Definitely harder now with an apartment unit just below us than when we were in our house, but we still make time occasionally for a dance party.

I didnt get to see this show, but I saw them in Baltimore last October and it was spellbinding. I've loved them since 2018 and it was a dream come true to get to see them. I've been to a decent amount of concerts in my life, but they are, by far, the best performers I've ever seen. To this day, I still get goosebumps when listening to them. Their music just hits me right in my core. It would have been amazing to be able to see them at the Red Rock show. I really loved seeing the Native Americans incorporated into the show as well. Much love to my favorite band.
