Great reaction 😊 and I really like you have some knowledge about the background for the show. I live in Denmark so I've very familiar with our old viking stories. The show are inspired by our old stories, and they takes bits and pieces from stories Spanning 300 years and presents them in a very entertaining way 😊

A "thing" is a kind of council/court. To this day we still use thing = ting in danish. The danish parliament is Folketinget = the people´s council. (ting can also mean thing in danish but in this context it´s a council.) Great reaction. Looking forward to following your viking journey.
