Randy Moss had one of the greatest seasons of all-time in 2003. He averaged over 100 yards and 1 touchdown per game.

And had over 100 catches that year too. I'll have to check but I think moss is the only receiver ever in NFL history to have 100 catches, 16 tds, and 1600 yards in a single season.

The 2003 season started out with such promise, we looked like Super Bowl contenders at 6-0 only to sadly fizzle out and eventually die in Arizona.

Wow! Every video you post I can remember the game specifically. For some reason I absolutely for the life of me do not remember this game at all. You would think I would remember beating the Packers at Lambeau on opening day. But I draw a blank. Thanks for posting!!

Vikings got a big lead and let up. The game should never have been close. Aside from winning the game, It's kind of like starting 6-0 and going 3-7 down the stretch, losing both the division title and our playoff birth to those same Packers in week 17 on 4th and 25. I bet the Packers fans ripped so hard on us about 4th and 25 they got their karma losing the Eagles in the playoffs on 4th and 26!

Brian Russell and Brian Williams were solid for us back then, underrated players.

Man Favre was terrible with the interceptions, I mean what was he seeing half the time 🤦🤦🤦. He lucky he won three straight MVPs and a Superbowl in the 90's.

Such an ugly game. McCombs was paying our team peanuts back then and it showed. Tice did what he could with what he had, which was Culpepper, Moss, Birk and then a bunch of guys who were 75% replacement level.
