And while I agree the design looks awkward, the visual story telling on the Act 3 design does a good job conveying he isnt a fully converted, hollow robot like all the other Evolved. He has no visable holes that show his insides are empty likt the other Evolved, still retain pre-Evolved features such as his face, and he was the only one that moved of it own will when Viktor left. In all likely hood, he is still alive, got injured enough that the metal outer shell is gone, and with a more bestial mind, will regenerate into a more wolf-like appearance.

I think Viktor is much more inconsistent now than he was before. He is the herald of the Arcane, but he speaks of machines. He has a robotic arm and his body is bio-metallic. He needs to connect with magic to transmute people into mechanical organisms while his gameplay does not reflect any of that. Yes. It is, without a doubt, the worst rework ever done. Don't get me wrong. The effects are very good, but his model looks ugly and the problems the champion had have not been corrected and his gameplay has little or nothing to do with his lore, beyond the E and the R (maybe).

Viktor is the only midlaner i play... His old animations showed a cold, calculated strong man. These new animations are so erratic and random. His aura is all gone....
