How would you suggest you train this into the more grass-roots level players? What "sessions" would you devise? Moving from "shadowing" the action to hitting shuttles is where it seems to falter at my junior club.

Hi Viktor, I'm one of your avid fans. I learned a lot from your videos. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge, techniques, and skills in badminton. Congrats on winning the gold medal in the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Right now I keep practicing at home with what you have shared on your videos. Maybe, if you have some of your used rackets you can share them with me too because the racket here in our place is too expensive and I wanted also some memorable things from you my Idol. Thank you and God Bless.

Could you possibly demonstrate some good exercises for hip and shoulder separation (without needing equipment, ideally)? All the videos on KZbin seem to be baseball-related, so it would be ideal to see something specific to badminton, given how important it is.
