Have you ever asked yourself how African child spend their daily lives in their villages, this video explains everything you need to know About African child lifestyle, from early morning until it becomes night....
we leave in the same world but we have different ways how we find joy, how we go through a day and activities we do.
I saw joy and happiness on faces and hearts of African children in earthen Uganda where I spent 3 days trying to student how they go through each day.
I grew in up town...with a life of struggle of fittest is a must for town people, In villages however much they are poor.....they are always healthy and full of joy.
I share my experience through this video with village life through food because this KZbin channel is about food...

Uganda solidars went to Congo and come back with Congolese women and those ladies used to come to our village asking for cassava leafs and sweet potatos that is how all this culture migrated from Congo to uganda of eating cassava leafs and sweet potatos leafs too so interesting

If only she added palm oil instead...but this was a masterpiece ...I loved the breakfast scene. I ate mawolu when I was a kid, with black tea..I loved it

Here in the Philippines we put coconut milk instead of cooking oil not tomato just onion, garlic with a little bit hot chili, try it nxtym xo you can taste a Philippine way of cooking cassave young leaves

In Liberia, we add palm oil to then cassava leaf, and different pieces of meat/chicken etc... That is fufu in west Africa..in Kru , we called it slowenh, and piye "

I would love to see a video on cooking mukene. A Tanzanian neighbor of mine gave it to me recently but it's still in my freezer because I haven't figured out a way to cook it.

Are your Cassava bitter or sweet? In my countr eat cassava' there are two kinds the sweet roots we eat. ND MADE FARINA AND CASSAVA BREAD. THE BITTER ROOTH WERE USED FOR

I'm from southern Africa. I once ate cassava vegs soup. I was very small by then bt i remember very well it was cooked by my great grandma she used peanut butter instead. Was so delicious 😋

Great video!💪Uganda is blessed with so many people from different countries living there like Eriterians, Congolese, Somalians etc. They all have their cultural dishes. It would be interesting to experiment with their food and add it to the Ugandan food as a side dish.

Wow! Fresh cassava leaves.We cooked ours with hot pepper, fermented sesame seeds, onions, red palm oil (or) nut oil, (or) ground nut oil, choose any of the 3 OILS, fish, meat, cow skin, ground peanut butter.
