അമ്മ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ നല്ലനാടൻ ഇടി ചക്ക തോരൻ | Kerala Traditional Style Tender Jackfruit Stir fry

Iingredients
Tender Jack fruit /Idichakka : 1 small
Garlic : 8pods
Cumin seeds : 1/4 tsp
Birds eye Chillies : 9or 10
Small onion /Shallots : 4-5
Grated coconut : 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Coconut oil : 1 tbsp
Method
First we Cut the jackfruit in to small pieces and peel off the upper skin,
Take a mud pot,and pour some oil in to the pot, cook the cleaned jackfruit with little water,
Cover the mud pot in to a lid and cook covered in a pan till soft, when it is done remove from fire
Then we crushed the cooked jack fruit.
Grind the grated coconut , turmeric,chilli,garlic,cumin seed ,curry leaves and salt ,adding water little at
a time to make a coarse paste. Keep a aside.
Heat coconut oil in a pan ,add splutter mustard seeds ,shallots and curry leaves.
Now add the jackfruit and coconut mix and sauté them in medium heat.
Cover and cook for some minutes in low flame, finally add fresh curry leaves and sauté for a minute,
adjust the salt and remove from the fire.
Serve Idichakka Thoran Recipe along with meals

ആദ്യം ചക്കയുടെ മുള്ള് ചെത്തി കളയുക
ചക്ക ചെറുതായി മുറിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് കുറച്ച വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് ഉപ്പും മഞ്ഞളും ചേർത്ത അടച്ച വെച്ച വേവിക്കുക
വെന്ത ചക്ക ചെറുതായി മുറിച്ച മുറിച്ച എടുക്കുക
ചിരകിയ തേങ്ങ , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി , വെളുത്തുള്ളി , ജീരകം , കറിവേപ്പില , ഉപ്പ് എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത അരച്ച എടുക്കുക
ഇനി ഒരു ചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് കടുക് ഇടുക
കടുക് പൊട്ടിക്കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് അരിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച ചെറിയഉള്ളിയും കറിവേപ്പിലയും ചേർത്ത കൊടുക്കുക
ഇനി അതിലേക്ക് ചക്ക കുടി ചേർത്ത ഇളക്കുക
ഇനി ആവിശ്യം എങ്കിൽ ഉപ്പ് ചേർത്ത അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കുക
