May our Heavenly Father and the Sweet Holy Spirit enable us to distinguish between these two and pattern our lives after Heaven's culture despite the circumstances of our earthly existence. I love listening to his preaching, he makes me think how he explains simple stories of the bible. But I have one question, how can Abraham’s house regard as godly home while physical ,sexual and emotional abuse happen in that home ? . Abraham and Sarah are both doing these abuse.

This man is trying to stretch this story to fit, the idea that God loves and supports people who are disadvantaged. And by so doing he has made some wrong assumptions, the bible doesnt say she was a teenager, hagar wasnt innocent in the story either, and abram didnt abuse her, in that culture what they did was normal.

Fine point that o sort of discovered last night whilst stying the great controversy. Michael was the son of God. He did not become Jesus until becoming a man. Until He was known as Jesus He would have been known as Michael yea? So would it not have been Michael that spoke with Hagar, not Jesus? Jesus was not in heaven until his resurrection?

Martha Roth has demonstrated that a girl married between the ages of 14 and 20 and a man between 26 and 32.²³ Ancient Greek and Roman sources show this was also the situation further west around the Mediterranean Sea.²⁴ This has consequences for our view of family life. Nowhere in the entire Bible or EGW's writings is sda membership defined as the remnant. The Truth is Jesus. The Spirit of Truth is the Spirit of Jesus, and Ellen White explicitly wrote that the "third person" of the Godhead is the Spirit of Jesus. Repent. - Every proud sda shall be put to shame for leaning on the arm of flesh; being a respecter of persons.

1. Holy Spirit-the Comforter that Christ sends. Fear 17LtMs, Lt 155, 1902, par. 16. Why would Christ send Himself if the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ? 2. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter, in Christ's name. He personifies Christ, yet is a distinct personality. 8LtMs, Ms 93, 1893, par. 8 God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit have distinct personalities. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ, it is His representative EA 231.1 It is His representative not Him. Dear brother, please read all what Ellen White writes not a selected few sentences. And u r right about the remnant. It's not about getting a membership in the SDA church. But it is settling into the beliefs. The remnant are those that have the seal of God. They are people who have understood and are following the sda beliefs faithfully. Who follow the commandments and have the testimony of Jesus. Mrs White does talk about a Shaking which will cause the some of the members to leave the church and join hands with Babylon and some Babylonians to leave and join God.
