I usually combine some yogurt, honey, and any fruit we have available for my kid when we make smoothies. Strawberry is good, but really any fruit works - I especially like mango or raspberry. We often use banana as well

To make a smoothie you need a blender(electric appliance) ice or frozen fruit pieces, you can add honey or sugar to taste, and add water/juice or milk, and ice-cream the blend at high speed. You get to decide what to put in or not. This can be made at home, if you can get the things needed.

Tea is actually pretty healthy. Just water with leaves / herbs mixed in... nothing much bad there, per se. Except maybe if you put in a pound of sugar or something. That said, not much nutritional value either, just water, and maybe a bit of caffeine? "Smoothie" basically refers to the texture. It's typically milk or yogurt with fruit and/or vegetables mixed in that's then pureed or blended until it's "smooth" (few/no chunks of anything left, just a "smooth/soft consistency").
