VincaniTV i have been doing this forever, since i saw a video of some guy doing it, but i never actually knew the proper technique! hopefully this video will help me out a bit. btw, i learned by doing the "usher freeze" and slowly moving down my legs. i come down pretty far now, but im not flexible enough to finish it yet :p

So in the invert position your back is arched like in the bridge? Or it streches out and stands like a text line? I’ve been trying to do inverts but I notice my back bends a lot like in the bridge, but I’ve seen other people doing great inverts with their backs fully stretched as in a rect diagonal line

Thanks Vince!!! Been waiting for an invert tutorial from you! If you don't mind me asking, how long will it take to get a hold of the move? I've got a decent handstand down
@VincaniTV9 жыл бұрын
It took me like a month to be able to do it right. And then maybe a couple more to roll back into it.

VincaniTV I see... Thanks again Vince! The tutorial is REALLY helping a lot (: I hope the roll back isn't too tough when I finally get an invert down!

1st practice the stretches and be able to do the position sitting. Then on the wall.
@joshmtz098 жыл бұрын
are hollowbacks different?
@CuddlyJon8 жыл бұрын
The only major difference of them is the leg location. Inverts have your legs tucked to your stomach while hollowbacks have your legs going outward.

invert is pike freeze with 2 hands?
@VincaniTV8 жыл бұрын
I would say it is more of a bridge with your legs in the air
@bboydivo84738 жыл бұрын
Drakul MK no, invert is a handstand where you are "inverting" your shoulders, which means that you have to have a lot of flexibility on them... I still can only do inverts on the wall but the main problem is flexibility

isn't dangerous to put your arms so away from your shoulders ? handstand like, your arms are on the same line as your shoulders,

i am 30. can i try doing invert. will it be okay for my body?
@sewanendonliraidn20076 жыл бұрын
Mahesh Kamath it's been a year... And no, if you keep stretching and practicing it won't hurt. The first few days or weeks are gonna be painful though 😂 but that's natural, your body isn't used to the position and also used muscle groups
@VincaniTV6 жыл бұрын
Just take it slow. You put a lot of weight on your shoulders so make sure they are properly stretched out each time and take your time so that you can build your shoulder strength
