Since Mike won his first championship; the only category that I've seen that he was considered dominant in that the majority of NBA fans now say someone likely eclipsed him in, is the greatest NBA dunker ever; to Vince Carter. For those that don’t know how capable and incredible MJ was at dunking, all you have to do is just watch him in the 1987 dunk contest in Seattle, and in 1988 in Chicago! The have been many guys that can jump higher than MJ, or dunk harder than MJ, but NO ONE looked better in the air while dunking than he did, he would literarily pose in mid flight while dunking the ball!

Vince would probably dunk two hands from the free throw and make it this time and maybe the James white windmill with one hand. MJ would probably do a 360 free throw jam with one hand flying sideways then pose then turn it around and finish it with authority. That would be a sight to see in REPLAY! He was planning to do it in 1987 and 88. But never pulled it out. James Worthy is on record stating MJ did things in College that he had never seen in the pros. NEVER! man was electric and out of this world. I think it would be very close and either of them could win. But this thing that VC would just dominate, is absurd! MJ's competitive nature is something not to be trifled with. VC doesn't have that and I think that would be the difference. Its never gonna happen, so that's that.
