The problem was the voters voted all of the original 50 in and just added 25 more. Ideally some of the original 50 should have been replaced. And there are a couple who were voted in prematurely. Grant Hill should definitely been on there too.

Love the way Vince describes his dunks. The imagery of him doing the 360 windmill and realising that after the spin he was looking at the rim and was therefore high enough to windmill the ball is what I call a Dunker’s Joy. At that point you know you’re gonna kill that dunk.

People will not understand how exciting, legendary & popular Vinsanity was from college-2002. KG & Kobe were my favorite players but his jersey was the 1st one i bought. There was no one like him in the league...instantaneously he became a star in the league his rookie year. If only he would've used those ups to be more of a shotblocker & been aggressive minded, especially on defense...he lacked toughness too but you couldn't deny his superstardom. Unfortunately, he was a 2nd option superstar out of his role, meaning his talents were great yet not enough to carry a franchise...would've loved to see him link up with either KG or AI but Toronto was the perfect atmosphere for him
