Dungeon basement gym looks more colorful today ;) Although everything in this circuit is what ANYONE can do today (as we've seen on all social media platforms since the lockdowns), i'm rather impressed at the ab wheel form. Most can't even do 5 quality reps and this calls for 4x12! Nice

This is a very good combination of leg and ab exercises. The split routine appears to be an effective method. Once again your demonstration of the exercises are done with good form. I never tried the ab roller. Does it work to strengthen the abs?

i recall Vince had a weird 15 set up the rack down the rack 4 rep routine .i always thought that was so uncharacteristic of him so thats interesting because Larry Scott was famous for saying 6 reps was the the best and basically all of girondas routines were higher rep thats why i find it so bizzare i figured id share that in case its not on the internet anymore i dont know, so many other things are being taken down

From what I've researched about 8x8, it uses very few exercises unlike other bodybuilding programs. So this 8x8 training method must be hardcore shocking on the muscles

1 exercise is ok except for the shoulder. It's definitely impossible to hit every head with only one exercise. And believe me you should hit those.
