Great video. Keep them coming. Hopefully one day we can see a Vince Gironda documentary. or some kind of life story of Vince. Thanks

Thank you so much for the king content. I know of at least one individual who has something along those lines in the works. It surely is an exciting time to be a fan of Vince Gironda! Also, much more to come from me! I am glad you enjoyed it!

Great channel! I love combining this exercise with Indian Club patterns with 10-15lb dumbbells and then maybe finishing with a classic crucifix hold. Keep up the good work.

I thought those were called Pendulum Swings....at least that's what I've heard. Neat exercise for sure. Thanks for information.

This is the name given to this exercise in Unleashing the Wild Physique. It is indeed a very cool exercise!

Keep em coming brother. This is real classic bodybuilding. Question how can I get a burn doing only 8 reps with light dumbbells? How many sets is recommended and can you do this also up and down the rack?
@ForgottenFitness3 жыл бұрын
Great question! I needed to clarify this anyways. Only count a rep after BOTH arms have been up and down. So, in other words, you will do 16 individual up and down repetitions per each set. If you wanted to follow Vince’s original program, do 8 sets of 8 reps. If you wanted to follow Larry’s principles for shoulder development, you could definitely do a full “down the rack” set.

So we could rename it the deltoid oscillation, to remove the idea of a swing ?

That is a modified variation of the side swing. This is the version found in Unleashing The Wild Physique (I know, it gets confusing!)
