As somebody that is black I had 0 problems with WWE doing this shit. It was that era where we didn’t care and just had fun .. now Vince went to far a lot but for the most part that shit was funny asf I laughed. It’s completely unfair to bring what isn’t accepted now to then like it’s not the same thinking. Nobody black cares about that shit bro like we didn’t at all. I miss that crazy shit I miss the 2000’s we just had fun and didn’t give asf. This era is way too safe and just meh but I love WWE now it’s great. I just miss those we don’t give asf times

I don’t even get the people who are offended. The wrestlers play characters, nobody is for example mad at the racists in Breaking Bad for doing racist shit because they are the bad guy in the TV show. Nobody is mad at Leonardo DiCaprio for being a racist in Django Unchained because he played an evil character. Wrestling fans always use the argument when someone says wrestling is fake “But so are movies” yet the wrestling fans are the ones who don’t treat pro wrestling the same way as movies and TV shows. People should be more offended at WWE misusing and releasing Bobby Lashley than at a heel being not politically correct in a feud with Lashley.
