Bresaola Salad Recipe
100-150g Bresaola
Bunch of fresh parsley (or rocket salad/arugula)
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
1 lemon
A small block of Parmigiano Reggiano
Balsamic vinegar
Balsamic glaze (optional)
UTENSILS:
Flat round serving plate or chopping board
Knife
Small jar
METHOD:
1. Wash the parsley well and then chop into small pieces (If you are using arugula just leave it whole)
2. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a jar and the same amount of balsamic vinegar
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the jar, put the lid on and shake it together really well
4. Put the parsley into the mixing bowl and add the dressing, mixing it together with your hands
5. Get a flat, round plate (or chopping board) and start layering the Bresaola in a circle on the outer part of the plate

Omg, this was so fun to watch! What an amazing backdrop! I love cooking with fresh ingredients and I LOVE PARSLEY! I've never had bresaola but I love prosciutto so I'm sure I'd love bresaola too. Looks delicious.

Excellent recipe! I just uploaded a Fattoush Salad recipe which I think you'll love to try too. Check it out and let me know :) It's a middle eastern salad, and is packed with a whole lot of flavor. I first had it at a restaurant and then went on a crazy mission to replicate it (which I finally did!!)

Beautiful salad Vincenzo! May I ask if Bresaola is similar to cappocollo? maybe one day can you show your recipe for spaghetti pescatore with a red sauce. My hubby loves it . I make it but I have not mastered it properly. Love your channel :)

What a beautiful view to have while cooking :) This salad looks amazing!! I've never had bresaola but I love prosciutto and copper - does it taste similar? Great video as per usual - loved it :)

No worries :) No I've never actually been except for stop overs - one day I will! Sounds good I'll have to give it a try :) There is one that we go to on occasion, but there's nothing conveniently close that I know of unfortunately! I'll definitely try it though :)
