Fun fact: intentionally depositing, withdrawing, or transferring just under 10k at a time specifically to avoid it being reported is actually a crime on it's own called structuring.

It’s how a lot of criminals got away with crimes..then caught. I believe over $10k had to be reported, but could also land you in RICO cases. But, just under $10k soon became flagged by algorithms as suspicious activity without your knowledge. I’d assume the ‘structuring’ law is there to hold criminals on a charge while they build a larger fraud, racketeering or tax evasion case. Maybe I just watch too much American Greed lol.
@MiguelRPD
@MiguelRPD 6 ай бұрын
@@Absurdi5tNope. I worked at Western Union and you are suspicious if you consistently send money too frequently. If $10k is the limit. And you are depositing $6k daily to stay "under the limit" it's still structuring. The best thing to do is weekly deposits with amounts far below the limit and visit different branches each time.
@superanimeniac
@superanimeniac 6 ай бұрын

man i just came back to this account. i found vince when he had less than 100k subs. i was watching him saying “damn, this guys underrated, he should have more subs.” ive been here since the first vid, then he kinda went inactive so i forgot about him. today, i go through my subbed channels bc i have probably close to 1000 or so, and i see this guy has absolutely, extraordinarily BLOWN, and went from a 30k or so subs, to 600k and im so happy about it. glad to see you shine vince

Vince, your visuals are great, your script is funny, and your storytelling is superb. So many twists and turns in these cases. Thank you for making these videos, and I hope you keep making them into the future.

29:10 You said David was sentenced to 11 years in prison, but the newspaper on screen contradicts this saying David was sentenced to 7.5 years.

It says, "For $17 million, 11 years" Edit: I looked closer.. You're right! In tiny print next to his pic it does say 7½ years. Good eye! 🙂 Steven was sentenced to 11½ years, not David.

Your storytelling method is great. I typically scroll through my phone while listening to videos but I was captivated the whole way through.

Steve deserves to be in GTA 6 for this. Moral of the story: Always pay your help. Loomis didn't, look what happened. Steve didn't, look what happened.

Great to see a new episode from my favourite KZbin storyteller. I like rewatching old ones too from time to time if I'm eating alone at my desk. You've really hit on a golden formula. It would be great if you did an affordable course on creating video stories like these.

The dumbest thing was that Kelly should have been the first to have a hit placed on them. She coulda been their fall guy. The rest of em had no connection with her so if she died she couldn’t say anything to the cops. After that they could have killed David.
