Vindalho Recipe|Goan Chicken Vindalho

Vindalho is a Goan-portuguese Recipe.Traditionally made with wine.The kashmiri chillies give it it's deep red colour. It is best cooked on slow fire and the flavours get enhanced the second day onwards. It's a good combination with Goan boiled rice, sanas or even pao.
So try this authentic Goan Vindalho Recipe. Traditionally it is made with pork but chicken also tastes equally good.If you replace kashmiri chillies not only the colour changes but also it's flavours change.
