Vindalho is a Goan-portuguese Recipe.Traditionally made with wine.The kashmiri chillies give it it's deep red colour. It is best cooked on slow fire and the flavours get enhanced the second day onwards. It's a good combination with Goan boiled rice, sanas or even pao.
