I love these random ass NES romhacks and stuff. I've been trying out some of my own. I downloaded a "GoodNES good merged" rom pack a while ago that comes with like, every NES game. But it also comes with shit tons of rom hacks for a ton of different games. It seems the more popular the game is, the more hacks it gets. Some are the kind of hacks found in this video (in fact these very hacks from the video are in it), but there's also some half-decent ones. I just tried one that was pretty much Insane Clown Posse themed Mario 2. Was surprisingly not THAT bad. Some levels were changed around a bit, and the graphics that were changed, were well done. It's weird, the kind of stuff people put real effort into. Also, I think that Mighty Final Fight hack proves, that NES game stories are better with unnecessary cursing.

Joel, the reason Smash 4 doesn't have ice climbers is because they wanted the character rosters for both to be the same, but the 3DS can't handle the two-in-one coding of the IC, so they were cut from the game
