Been in Korea for years, even the dominoes pizza places features these flavors, the ones in the video. there’s even one where they combine their signature food “bulgogi”, which is basically beef, into their pizzas. I guess people here like their variety because there are so many combinations in different variations of American foods like hotdogs, burgers (they put Mac n cheese in a burger at McDonalds, but honestly sounds like an American thing to do), etc. Not trying to rag on or make fun of Korean style food, just saying that they are quite, creative and experimental with their cooking

I can believe that they really use those ingredients and the stuff like the ketchup and Kraft singles are budget versions of tomato sauce and normal cheddar, but I honestly refuse to believe they put mayo on their pizza, unless it’s also a substitute for something I’m unaware of.

@@WDWatameVirus Aw hell, it's been 4 years since I tasted Korean Pizza, but I can say they taste quite nice, and they have quite the number of appetizing ingredients. I recall eating a pizza with shrimp or potato wedges. and despite looking like shit in this video, corn blends perfectly together. Also, a lot of cheese. Finally, unlike America and Canada, they're bloody expensive. it depends on what type of toppings are on the pizza, but one that I ordered was around 20,000 won (20 dollars.). Expensive, but it's worth the price imo.

Years ago my mom took me to Korea for a family reunion. It was my first time there. Met my mom's side of the family for the first time. Since I'm also from New York, they figured I loved pizza (I do) so they got me some Korean pizza. It literally had all of the ingredients in that video, except it also had BBQ sauce with the mayo, and instead of hot dogs it was spam. Thank God they also ordered fried chicken. That stuff was pretty tasty at least.

When they say “authentic” they mean “the authentic Korean style”. It’s like saying “give me an authentic Hawaiian pizza”. Hawaiian pizza was invented in Canada, so if you had one made in the same style as the original first Canadian hawaiian pizza, it would be “authentic” in regards to the Canadian method of making them. I mean yeah it's true kinda We do have sweet potato crusts(they're inside the crust, is golden yellow, and actually tastes great btw), putting corns on a pizza is a thing too (which I still don't understand what's so wrong about it), we got some special toppings like sausages and yeah some expensive ones also come with mayonnaise or some sort of those sauce But I assure you, if you either use ketchup as a sauce or puts it in microwave it's just a homemade pizza made for quick meal, ours might look crazy but we're not insane to do that on something we get money for

@@lShadowdark The taste of dog meat _when cooked properly_ is actually not bad lol. Most of its problems come from ethical issues and how most of the places process them in a non-sanitary way. People didn't eat it just because they hated dogs lmao Besides, as I said that video is overly exaggerated to be fun. Corns in the pizza, after it's been cooked in the oven, don't taste sweet at all and just adds its corn-y flavour. IMO not a big influence, taste doesn't differ a lot even when compared to pizzas sold in NA. But the sweet potato cream... that's the point where people have a different opinion, because as yall said that things sweet. I personally don't prefer that but I can still eat it, sure it's sweet but it's not candy-like sweetness and imo it blends well to the taste
