23:28 People and myself mentioned it in chat but for anyone unfamiliar, this website was something made adjacent to the Adult Swim short "Unedited Footage of a Bear" which is kind of a freaky, pretty much horror-esque short that (correct me if I'm wrong) was a commentary on prescription drug addiction. This was done by Alan Resnick (among others), who also did the short "This House Has People In It", that was also an ARG. Shooting the chairs also happened in the short, and... I'd rather not spoil the short further, it's available to watch here on KZbin and it's about 10 minutes. Highly encourage y'all to watch it. It's a rare gem.

The times before flash decided to stop living were truly a time for small games, they really spawned so many weird things that just radiate something, idk what, but they sure do radiate something. And god damn, were these games weird absolutely fucking incredible. The first pack was pure insanity, yet the second was in fact really nostalgic. Heck this was my first time seeing the all your bases music video, Yet it felt so nostalgic nonetheless. Overall one of the better Sunday segments I've seen.
