What I love about Vinny is how he brings out the Humanity in Nick, who likes to play the uncaring psychopath on the podcast, but when confronted with an actual psychopath he is both mortified and curious

I despise the people saying "they were making fun of him the entire time lol", no they weren't and that is what makes this episode good, the nuance of being sympathetic for him, having fun with him, and sometimes making fun of him is what makes this great Also I'm gay

Agreed. Unfortunately I’m straight though 😕

Also he can remember that his "Trayvon Martin joke" almost got another white comedian beat up (how would he know that if he had already left btw) but he cant remember the joke? This guy is horrible at lying.

Vinny unironically later went on social media to describe Nick as a man “who stands for freedom and justice”. He still talks about his appearance on the show all these years later

I would love if this podcast was filmed so you can just see Vinny appearing and reappearing like bald with glasses and a prosthetic beard. Next time he’s on the pod he’s gonna be a vegetable that speaks with yes no and food buttons

All these useless internet and hollywood references that I know now, that is taking the place of precious memory that could be used for something more useful or meaningful, I blame on the pod... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I can't believe the Vinny Saga has such a vivid spot in my memory and that was TWO YEARS AGO. What have I done with my life.
