Vintage 1970 Electrolux Automatic 310 Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner

NOTE: I say in the video that the 310 was the first Electrolux Automatic to get the Automatic style floor tool that we all know and love from the 330 / 345. After some research I’ve discovered this is not true; the Z100 was actually the first Automatic to get this style floor tool. There is a lot of crossover in this area as I’ve definitely seen a picture of a 310 with the old-style flipover floor tool!
ANOTHER NOTE: I say in the video that the 310 is brown; that’s not true either! It’s really more of an olive green / dark tan colour.
Here’s a classic from 1970, one of the best cleaners ever made and a continuation of the amazing Electrolux cylinders from the 1960s / 1970s.
We have a little floor tool accident which means a trip back to the workshop for me. But I don’t mind, there’s nothing else to do these days lol.
