TEAC A4300 - Does this deck have speakers enclosed and produce sound from just the deck?

No speakers, it is a component that hooks up to an amplifier or receiver, (That also has speakers connected to IT).

Mine plays too slow and records too fast. How can i fix it? Maybe with the voltage regulator on its back?

Cassette deck motors usually have an adjustor on or near the motor (mini pot). Become a member of HiFi Engine, and then download the Service Manual: www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/nakamichi/500-dual-tracer.shtml It will show you where to find the adjustor, and how to do it.
