I'm so sad he didn't win a SB or even a conference championship. 😢 Marty was always a great regular season coach who sucked during the post season. The Chiefs best chance back then was when Gannon took over and didn't lose a game while playing at a very high level but Marty sat him and made Grbac QB1 when he came back. 🙄

They were both bad QBs. Only thing good about Gannon was that he wasn't Grbac.

@@MsChiefsfan-w4k well he did win MVP the very next year and lost to the Bucs because Gruden knew the whole playbook LOL. I think if Gannon had played, the Chiefs would've beat Denver and had a very good shot at the SB with that defense.

@@MsChiefsfan-w4k well it's academic at this point; but the reality is that DT didn't get his SB and it's a tragedy. Up there with Dan Marino not getting one. Jamaal Charles too. We are so lucky that Veach and co identified the talent that is Mahomes and before that, that we drafted CJ95 and Kelce.

I watched that game on TV as it was happening! I was a HUGE DT fan! The bummer about this game is the Seahawks ended up winning this game!
