It was! I lucked out that day as I caught two trains with B30-7s and one of the B36-7s.

One of these is a slug on the Minnesota Commercial. The amazing thing is, is that you can see the imprint of the “Southern” (as in Southern Railway) on it.

According to the guys who ran em they were slow to load and make downward transition They were kept close to Pegram Shops (Atlanta) as Programs was set up to repair them
