I can't imagine not doing overhead pressing exercises (at all) for the delts and still having INSANE OVERSIZED INCREDIBLE delts like you Wesley!

Steroids will also help grow the shoulders and traps, but for us nattys, we prob need a true shoulders day to optimize growth

Okay, you've convinced me. Incorporating delt work on chest day (side) and back day (rear) seems completely logical and, as you said, saves a complete workout. I'm going to give this a go. At 61 I've been at this game for many years (off and on) but, it is always a good idea to be open to new approaches and other more effective ways of training. Never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! Always fabulous analysis and explanations here Wes and it is much appreciated!

Hi, Wesley I'd like to know if there's any health reason why you do 2 working sets per chest exercise as opposed to when you work your back I noticed you do 3 working sets.

The back is a bigger muscle group so it likely takes a little more volume to maximise growth.

Shoulder presses don't really work side or rear delts, mostly the front delt. The front delt gets all the work it needs from chest pressing, so a shoulder press is junk volume for most bodybuilders. The rear delt gets worked on back day, but Wes also hits extra rear delts then as well. Side delts aren't really hit during presses or rows so he adds them on chest days.

I think steroids and gh. Muscle and bone on your face mass increases and hair is thins.
