Reacted on Patterdale that i also didn't get an answer, only to tell him he's not the only one. Can imagine that Wes got a lot of orders and didn't had time to reply. Because if you start up a business, you don't want to have bad publicity and there can always go something wrong.

Is it necessary to take a rest after a certain període of time taking creatine? I've never heard about taking any rest of any suplement but a lot of people recomends to do it with creatine. Is it just to have a higher water retention efect, which many people try to do or because it can become bad for your body?
@NightmaricGhost5 жыл бұрын
I have been taking creatine for over 2 years without a break and have had bloodwork done periodically. Check out this video if it's the one I think he explains a lil about cycling off creatine. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aXgZRtqsp6d6c

Sorry forgot to mention I also didnt have any water retention beyond the initial loading phase, didnt have any side effects that some people say like hair loss or anything. And I took 5 to 10 grams everyday depending on if it was a rest day or a workout day.

Why is it you don't implement many stiff leg deadlift? It seems like it's lacking in your training and that seems odd considering you need to improve your glutes and hamstrings?
