For bodybuilders or anyone whose primary goal is hypertrophy (you can answer regarding yourself), is there any place for lifting for the amount of weight, or should every single workout forever be strictly bodybuilder form? Example: should I judge my maxes by how many reps I can complete, or how many I can complete slowly, strictly, burning the muscle?

For intermediate bodybuilders, would doing legs 🦵 everyday but with different parts like quads and hamstrings next day and calves the next be good or would it cause problems or be a waste? Thank you for answering

Thank you for answering these questions and advising your viewers what you have learned from your experience. After watching this video, it seems like weightlifting shoes would be a good investment so the flexibility of the ankles are not impaired.

Fish is good, but grass fed ribeye is something else 😉 If you buy high quality you don't have to worry about inflammatory fats. And if you cook it rare/medium rare it's easily digested, because the enzymes that help out with the break down process will still be there.

My outer right thigh is larger than my outer left thigh. For the past 2 months, I have been adding 3-4 extra sets of only left leg exercises to my leg workout. I have also concentrated on stricter form of exercises using both legs to ensure the right leg is not pushing more than left. I will occasionally add a few left leg sets to a different muscle group workout too. I have yet to notice a difference in size. Any suggestions on what I can do to help?

@Troy i meant in the case of everything else remaining constant ( Nutrition/Sleep). As in if you do 24 sets vs 40 sets in 1 week( each set being of similar intensity till failure), will the amount of muscle growth differ or is the amount you put on be the same as determined by your genetics?
