Hello Your channel is really good! One of the best for bodybuilding information. Thank you! Drinking liquid egg whites is 100% bioavailable because of the pasteurization process. The eggs whites are heated during this process which makes them 100% bioavailable to drink. Drinking raw eggs from the shell is another story. They are not digested well.

@josueorfao76805 жыл бұрын
Ashi Stark You should first be in a gym and start training and if you are already doing that you should do it more often (aim for every day if you can) For that you have to keep getting motivated (there are a lot of youtube videos that can help you in that regard, get out of instagram or facebook) Try to increase your calory intake, i know it’s hard but i had the same strugles as you 2,5 years ago. Frequency is key and you can do it (even if you were 90 years old). Everyone can do it. These are just the pure basics but you gotta start from somewere. Best of luck to you!

It T same here, i wonder what the answer will be. I only eat around 600-700kcal and feel great during the workout tbh

Thank you. Bodybuilders should talk more about nutrition and less about training and drugs. IMO bodybuilders are world leaders in nutrition and how you can manipulate it to look a certain way, more so the scientist and other experts.
