I was doing research on different palettes and had a few to choose from for my first actual quality palette. I just happened to watch this video and saw your love for Lorac Unzipped, which pushed me to buy it. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I have never owned a high quality palette and have made do with pretty cheap makeup, so this palette is like heaven! I would love to see more looks from you using that palette exclusively. It is awesome to actually own a palette that is used in tutorials and it would be fun to see a few different looks in a video that are made with a single palette.

My all round faves are Tom Ford's cocoa mirage, his in the pink trio, Too Faced no makeup palette, Charlotte Tilbury quad in rock chick, and the Sugarpill quads. The quality of these are amazing totally worth every penny.

My 2 favorite palettes I own are the Urban Decay Vice 2, & the Sleek i-Divine V2 Ultra Mattes darks palette. It's really slim & travel friendly or purse friendly,& has neutrals as well as colorful shades-you can do tons of different looks with it,has everything you need for if you're traveling.

OMG!! I am a MUA and I bought the Lorac Pro Pallette when I was building my kit and I feel the EXACT SAME WAY YOU DO!! I am so subscribed now. Wow, your so right I saw it and thought I was going to get so much use out of it but just dont. The colors are great but for some reason I find that they are just too warm for most eyes. And they are a lil flaky (not good when doing a clients makeup in a rush) I grab my elf shadows more than this. I thought something was wrong with me. every beauty guru loves them and I asking myself "do I really know my makeup, because this isnt working for me"

I love the Lorac Unzipped palette. When you were describing the look you do with it I was like "Hey that is what I do almost every day." It's just a beautiful neutral palette and I haven't felt the need to buy either of the naked palettes. Plus it looks like the naked 3 palette is very similar to the unzipped!

I like how Too Faced also incorporates Madonna references in some of their shade names as well. I felt the same way as you about LORAC Pro; didn't hate it but didn't love it and didn't really reach for it. I ended up returning it, but I have seen people do great looks with it.

By the way, thank you for your advice! I had the Hourglass Iconic matte lipstick thing and was going to return it because it was the only lipstick/stain that would end up allover my teeth! I couldn't handle it! Then you stated you put the Bite red lipstick from the Sephora VIB Rouge welcome kit over it, to deepen it.
