Lesley has helped advance my practice so much in the last 19 days. Now I am here mourning her loss while I try to make her proud by continuing this series. My heart is broken.

I'm following your ninety day yoga fix (I'm a bit behind, as you can see) and it's a lovely change from exercises like running that are hard on my body, but is still keeping me strong! I want to thank you for using such kind language towards strangers on the internet and encouraging people to love their bodies!

Peter Stith thank you so much! I'm glad you like the variations. I was very stiff when I began practicing and I know what it feels like. The good news is you don't have to worry so much about injuries because many of the injuries are from being hyper-flexible :-)

Thanks for a great class. I was at a massage yesterday and found out how tight my shoulders are. And so really needed this class today. Also learned the proper way for Shoulder stand.....pressing on my arms to lift the shoulders up! Sticking to my intention of committing to the practice. Namaste.

I just have to say thank you, Leslie. Seven weeks ago I stopped my rigorous exercise habit to calm my body down and since that time, my love for yoga has really flourished. I just wanted to say that these yoga videos have changed my life. I had did these series when it first came out in 2015 and I loved it so much. I hadn't finished it though. This year I decided to come back to it again and it's gotten me through a lot of rough emotions. I had decided to do it again to combat my anxiety and depression and I swear the first day I couldn't stop smiling. It really lifted my spirits so I've decided to do it not only every day but every time I get a little too anxious and it's worked wonders. I'm currently waiting on an email from a potential employer. I'm currently jobless and today's practice has really helped me calm down from the heaviness of it all. Thank you for making this series. It's wonderful and yoga has really changed my life for the better.

Great quote! In a way it can also help change a mindset. Instead of thinking that we don´t have enough time, think that we have unlimited time (that is unless we end up wasting time because we think it´s limitless then we have to go back to thinking that we have limited time, haha).

Lesley maybe I'm boring, but every day after my practice with you, I feel I have to say thank you, I enjoy your inner shine... I believe that everyone we meet, found, see, is part of ourselves, everyone is a mirror of our own beings, and everyone is sending an important message that's inside us. I am what I seek, and I am so happy that I seek you, and that I found you, you are part of me, and that part is saying I am on the right way, because love and kindness is the only way to grow. . I started to grow from the moment when I put all of my effort to be in present for 35 minutes. When I started this journey (and I started in September last year) I was bothered with the fact that I can't do handstand... now I don't care about that. I can't do handstand, and maybe I'll never will, but I can try to do, and love my body when it can't do something, I think then especially my body needs love. Yoga hugs my spirit and body, and i will not allow my ego to ruin that. I am sending love and shine to you Lesley, and to all people here that shares the same moment with us . Namaste.

Lesley I want to thank you for all the hard work you put in to allow us to learn to love and appreciate yoga. I didn't understand why anyone did yoga. your videos not only teach me how to practice yoga safely and effectively but I'm learning the importance and the benefit of it. Left wrist is getting some pain (old injury) from the flows back to down dog, so Im having to do them on my fists for now. Great class, feeling better and stronger every day since I started. Looking forward to tomorrow!

Another part of my morning well spent with you! Thank you for including the shoulder stand I was just thinking about it! For your information an insight came to me during resting time, to combine yoga in the outdoor with yoga food to share with everyone once the weather gets warmer again. It will be a free Yoga Practice & Yoga Picnic at my local park. I cannot wait to share with my own community and I just happened to have met a nice yoga teacher two weekends ago at a cooking demo workshop who will be perfect to lead us. Wish you were living closer Lesley because you would be my first choice of course. :-) Love & light!

I feel like my shoulders are a little out of alignment. This practice totally helped, but I'd love a practice that really focuses on aligning the spine and the shoulders. I can't find any on KZbin that really work, and you're my favorite so I thought I'd ask. Thanks for considering! Keep it up!
