I liked seeing the wide array of 45's. I have never seen anyone that excited for Paul Williams, so I will have to look for that album. That would be quite some dinner party. Great Aretha pick. I enjoyed finding your channel. Maybe someone has a bootleg of your album. Love The Who choice. Cheers.

This radio art checks thing sounds really interesting! I’d actually like to hear some of the really older ones from decades before my time. I’m interested in how people spoke 70, 80 years ago. (And older of course)

That Paul Willams record is so great! I have his second album that is signed. I found it in a thrift store and it looks identical to his signature, don’t think Iv ever shown it, you’re making me wanna pull it to listen to right now

Signed Paul Williams album at the thrift store! That's a pretty monumental find.

Since I’m not a vinyl guy, I can’t really join in, but when it comes to multiple albums in the same year, my vote would go to the Monkees in 1967. More of the Monkees, Headquarters, and Pisces Aquarius Capricorn and Jones Ltd all in the same year? Add in the fact that that they are all so different from one another and my mind is officially blown. And I love the one-off vinyl copy of your album! Nicely played!
@AsItShouldBePodcast8 ай бұрын
Yeah, The Monkees would've been a rock solid choice. I didn't think too much about it. Elton John simply came to mind right away, so I went with it.

🙌The Monkees🙌 Cool dinner party guests, drunken debauchery abound. Dig that you showed your own album.

Yeah, the Hollywood Vampires would be a one-stop shop for hanging out with members of some of my favorite bands: Beatles, Monkees, Alice.

And thanks. I was a bit squeamish about showing that album but decided it would be just weird enough to go for it

Damn...... I was going to go right over to ebay and look for your album.

Hi Paul! I wasn't able to show any 7" singles as I really don't have any, so I went with 12"s. England for the win! I like that Jimmie Walker hanging out in the background!

Twisted Sister?!! I’ve read about it but… wow! I’m not a huge fan but still that’s really cool! Maybe that TS stands for Totally Sucks as in the album cover design.

Great video pal! Enjoyed your responses. I’m a big fan of Electric Music for the Mind and Body too! I felt your pain on the whole 60s or 70s dilemma… almost impossible to choose! I can’t think of any reason why someone wouldn’t own Rumour… pure brilliance. Mega cool showing your own album 🙌 Liked and subbed. Looking forward to watching more. Check out my vinyl tag, think you might like the singer songwriter video I did too. Cheer, Jack
