Super street fighter 2 Turbo is on fightcade and is actually better than this. No evil ryu or violent Ken and people don't bother picking Akuma. It's also way faster and the net code doesn't suck. Best of all its free and has some of the best players on it. Usf2 is absolutely dead online

Teruyo Houraisan it wouldn't have killed at that point. He still had a bit of life left and when you are that low on health your defense rises and moves do less damage, so it should have left him on 0 health. You are right though, it actually did zero damage which is wrong. This game doesn't use rollback,it uses delay so idk what's going on
