This is actually a unique tribute for an anime to be honest. Most tributes involve just the music. Good on you buddy XD Question: How did you manage the audio for dialogue and sound?

Well normally I'd look for the 5.1 audio copies of the scenes then isolate the central audio channel, however when I made this the Blu-ray wasn't out yet. So for this I just had to find scenes that were already without music and use those.

So far, I know there is a program you use for that, but it can be very complicated since it only works for videos that are MKV and worth more than 1GB. I've been struggling with the dialogue problem for quite a while now🤔

As far as I know there's only 1 other way I've tried and that's using the noise removal tool in audacity in combination with some other things, but it's not perfect and tends to make the sound a bit tinny and weird. Either way it's going to be complicated to do.

It shows the violence of war and the stages of mourning a loved one. So no, this anime isn’t for kids. I loved this anime. He made me smile but also cry. I watched the anime when I was a kid, but old enough to understand it. By that time I had already lost a grandpa so I knew the pain & I knew things Abt war bc my father used to be in the USA military. So It kinda Just Hits hard to a certain kind of audience. Wow 0:45 The cut between all the scenes of those steps are beautiful 1:09 Violet's scream ... Hell, all the fire that made her burn led her to that euphoric scream that makes you understand what Violet feeled, and that also fits perfectly with the music and with the reflections of the war after this. 1:28 The cannon fire combined with the music is epic. 1:35 BUT WHAT THE FUCK !? I get on my knees and clap my hands. The transition between Violet running to kill the soldiers and then Gilbert's hug is extremely GREAT. 1:47 The cuts between the hugs are very well done, and it makes you know more about Violet by seeing her reaction to all of them, with the same expression on her face. 1:55 The transition between Gilbert and Violet's eyes is beautiful. 2:21 How Violet fades into the flames is a reference to the fire that spoils her feelings.
