3:40 I think your VIP leaked because you went on an airplane. Cabin pressure can be about the same as 7000'. I've had it happen to all sorts of food containers when driving into the mountains... but you are right keeping it up helps. What I do is squeeze out some air to allow room for expansion.

vasoactive intestinal polypeptide. You won't find it in the Netherlands.

In the EU it is called Aviptadil and also RLF-100. Its used as an ED drug sometime. Its currently being tested for covid-19 treatment, having dramatic results so far.
