Went 9 years being dismissed and ridiculed as I got sicker and sicker. Saw 20-30 of Sydney's best doctors and specialists; got nothing from them. Finally had enough and decided to try a naturopath. He told me I had CIRS before the end of my first session. Lost my whole 20's, purely because doctors couldn't be arsed.

@Rae_777 hi Rae, do you mind if I ask how you are treated for cns inflammation? Is this through a certain medication? Or other means? My naturopath believes my gut issues are caused by neuro inflammation, and I have some costly tests booked in. But i would love to understand what future treatments might look like.

@@Rae_777would love to know who they are! My daughter was diagnosed at age 3 with Crohn’s and as a lifelong sufferer of rare disorders, I have already learned to be my own detective/doctor. In all my life I have never heard of this let alone any doctor figuring this out here in the US. Are you from here?? This situation with my daughter (and myself) goes way beyond a Crohn’s dx. I have figured out for the most part the things that aggravate her immune system but I can’t avoid the bio toxin she is exposed to at her grandparents which she has spent lots of time at since her birth. I have to limit detoxing foods because that’s exactly what seems to happen is it releases them and it’s like they have nowhere to go. Does this doctor provide treatments to safely detox? PLEASE share this information! One thing I’ll leave here for others is that soaking in epsom salt/bentonite clay baths has probably saved her life. Taking charcoal helps a lot too just beware of loosing too many minerals using charcoal.

My son and I have had everything he describes here. This explains why the nerves in the gut of my son and I. No one could explain to me why the internal abdomen throbbed. I can actively see my stomach throb. The nerves and leaky gut explains this reaction. Our root cause was mold and other bio toxins but an important issue for us was extreme EMF exposure. We lived and slept next to 23 smart meters. I believe this caused the nervous and immune system to break down and unable to detox the bio toxins. We are 7 months out and much better but not 100%. More like 80% and my son is 14 and still struggles with leaky gut and brain symptoms. I feel like they experimented on us as no one knows what the effect of those EMF devices long term.

Another Fantastic presentation. Well done. You have a gift for explaining complex biological processes in an easily digestible manner. As an ex hypnotherapist and nutritional counsellor I applaud your efforts. I used to cure depression and various mental health problems with a combination of hypnotherapy and nutritional supplementation ( high B vitamins , omega 3's and various other neutraceuticals depending on their issues) Along woth exercise. Also by basically getting clients on a ketogenic diet which is sooo helpful for the brain and for mitochondrial health. 25 years ago I was considered a bit of a quack....but I had a fantastic track record. Keepthe videos coming. I am a big Fan.

Keto is one of the worst things a CIRS patient can do, Dr shoemakers points this out in various lectures, although initially I had a positive response to keto, after 3 months it made me much worse, however once completion of his protocol I do advocate the keto/carnivore diet
@Keithzzzzt
@Keithzzzzt 9 ай бұрын
Yeah. Not convinced. CIRS is definitely a complex problem but saying that an antinflammatory, ketogenic diet is " worse" for Cirs?? Not buying it. Anything that reduces the excess load of inflammation allows the body to deal with problems better...no matter what. Does it eradicate the root cause? NO. But it lowers systemic inflammation overall. How could that possibly be a bad thing? You may need adjunct therapies to solve the underlying issues but lowering glycation, c reactive protien, inflammation? How can that not benefit the body in healing? It defies logic.

Honestly I think enchephilitis and endotoxemia are pretty much responsible for the majority of people who present as having "psychiatric" conditions. Gut and brain inflammation isn't the cause but a dysfunctional response to a casual factor such as endo/exotoxins and metabolic dysfunction either independently or mediated via toxin load/nutritional deficiencies both of which feed into each other. It's good to be reductionist to an extent but there is so much interplay. Leaky cells you could say is a metabolic issue

Start taking charcoal and medi-clay immediately! It will pull the toxins out from your body. My son is going through this too and has been for the past year. I had this as well from a WDB and breast implants. So ,any toxins gave me infections, about 8 to 10 autoimmune diseases. I was bedridden for about a year and had to retire from my teaching career. I lost SO much of everything and everybody! Check out Doug Kaufman’s anti-fungal diet. It’s a long road, but I’m way better, especially after getting rid of the toxic foreign bodies that formed hardened tissue around the implants. They looked like dried up slabs of bacon or salami after they came out!

This video is absolutely brilliant and offers a very clear visual and well described representation of my own theories of multiple chronic illnesses, which I believe to be one and the same illness regardless of the label (I know peeps love their labels but I think they aren’t helpful). It’s so interesting this video appeared today, because I was just writing a somewhat similar hypothesis for the homepage of my blog (not yet published). The only thing I disagree with is the necessity to identify a root cause. Speaking from personal experience, I think this can be irrelevant and the arduous (and distracting) journey to seek out a root cause can significantly detract from trying various treatment strategies. But that’s just my opinion 🥰 - really looking forward to the next video.

When it comes to these issues, which are needed very complex, complexity does not necessarily equal “better” in terms of treatments. Simple and elemental will ALWAYS have the most agency. Learning more often just leads us down rabbit holes. It is more helpful to people and to healing that we find simple things that work. You will get a lot of attention explaining to people their symptoms but it is not appropriate or applicable to constantly seek out what needs “cleaning up” and trying to find different ways to clean. It’s like trying every cleaning product in the store when soap and water will do. The tight junctions/gut permeability is the root of the long standing issues and responses. Focus on building the body not finding and eradicating the “pathogens”. There are too many to “fight”. Fix the permeability fix most things hence the success I’d the carnivore diet. Keep it simple and use your intuition. complexity can seem clever but it isn’t… understanding is useful but you are better off trying to work out why the carnivore diet works so well for so many, the mechanism there. There are also so many more ways that eradicate issues across the board by increasing oxygen. Still a bandaid maybe but it’s simpler and easier than trying to seek out all the “bad guys”. the world is “toxic”. It’s getting more so. ‘This way of thinking about it doesn’t work best and is extremely expensive to implement in many ways.

You lie down with those scans, which may not show what is really going on. in the vagus nerve that runs throughout our body and causes virtually all the same symptoms of Long Covid, brain inflammation from pathogens, etc. Definitely check it out! My son is 35 and has had this for over a year. He’s living with me to get out of his dad’s house. He went through hell, and since I had this before, I recognized it when he started staying with me after attempting to take his life. Thankfully, I knew what to do, and a doctor who is a certified mold specialist and functional medicine practitioner. It’s costing me a fortune, and I already lost most of my money when I had this along with breast implant illness. The body can only take so many toxins! I’m on the anti fungal diet, and it’s been 3 1/2 years since my implants were removed, then I moved, had my house thoroughly inspected, etc., however, I still have something… I think maybe a stealth infection, but my pain doctor says no, and my regular doctor didn’t even know about how toxic breast implants are. I almost lost my life, and sometimes I wish I had, except that I could recognize this in my son.

I have chronic health issues and you go round and round in circles trying to find answers yourself. Working with a very knowledgeable practitioner is the way forward imo. There's just so much info out there (a lot contractionary), it's just to overwhelming to know where to start. Also, look into polyvagal/nervous system/trauma informed practitioners, because the anxiety may not just be of a physical origin. Best of luck my friend.

@@peynattyl I got my first bppv attack during the lockdowns and that’s also when I turned 50 and was stressed due to being locked down, etc. then another hit about 2 years later which prompted me to see the ENT doctor who didn’t do much of anything. My last session was last Monday and Wed morning at 3am I got BPPV again and struggling. It is debilitating and frightening. My physiotherapist did the eply maneuver to try and settle the dislodged crystals. My frustration is that no one knows what could have caused this to happen.
