Idk how many people realised that when Radhe's mother was helping him in the preparation and Radhe said that he will sing Shringaar Ras and he was not able to show the emotions then his mother "shayad tune usse(tamanna) se utna pyar nhi Kiya h...that Emptiness in her eyes and the silence was amazing. Then in the next shot u think of this song and the love story of her mother and Atul Kulkarni - and then compare and relate both love stories. It shows a comparison between today's generation love and that generation. It's my interpretation . It can be anything else also according to people

Just finished watching the series and I must say, watched something really good after a long time. I just had 1 disappointment though that after the sangeet Samrat competition, Radhe paid his respects to his guru, hugged his father and went straight to his gf! What about his real guru who trained him so well? His mother! If it wasn’t for her, Radhe would have run away, if it wasn’t for her, he would have trained in the same mediocracy of trying to get par with his opponent’s capabilities and capacities. Mohini taught him to find his own music and use it as his strength! I really feel that Mohini is the real hero here and Radhe’s real guru! She should have gotten her share of respect.

Disagreed, Naseer Saab voice is heavy and singer who sang for him has a thin voice, out of sync completely. Ritwik done a fantastic job on lip syncing. I have never saw any other actor doing such perfect lip sync job before. Atul is of course good, all 2 did fantastic job.

Despite how many performances I have seen of Atul sir even before, this one literally made me fall in love! I was almost like-- what can I do to reduce this man's pain? Radhe won of his own accord. The Garaj Garaj song is based on Megh Malhar raag which is said to have the power to bring out rains in the area where it is sung. When Radhe sang there was lightning and a drop or two rained. So he won.

That lyrics, that raaga, to top that - that composition, Shankar's singing, Atul Kulkarni and Sheeba Ma'ams subtle acting,and to top it all, that backstory of seperated lovers who even long for each other today. It hits and haunts you. Atul Sir is just brilliant in this entire scene. The way he uses this song and his body language to express all his bottled emotions. And the way he just got up and left after the song. Like a viraagi... It shows that it was him not superficially singing some other person's bhaav.. but that he's poured out his heart and his wounds in front of the entire world to see and feels so vulnerable and bare at that moment that he had to just walk away. 2 places really makes you sob. 1. Birhan sur taal saaje, when he looks at her. 2. And when he sings "Pal bhar tu dekhe muje zindgi guzar du" Sheeba ma'ams expression that says "Oh I beg you, Please say no more". Really hard hitting.

Beautiful and deep. Atul Kulkarni brings out the pain, pathos and longing like no one can. But let's not forget the genius of Shankar Mahadevan! Have been a big fan of him for the longest time . Brings the bhava and rasa out of every song he sings ! And it's amazing to know about this song being his brainwave , which he created and recorded in just 2 hours !
