सीक्रेट मसाला, चटनी के साथ छोले कुलचा, इतनी डिटेल में पहली बार | Street Style Tawa Chhole Kulcha

Chhole Kulcha is a very very popular Indian Street Food. Street Style Chhole Kulcha has a special masala and green, yellow water/chutney which makes it different from other chhole kulcha. You may feel that video is very lengthy and you might think that I spoke too much in this video, I really apologize for it but I want to share all the details to make perfect and best quality chhole kulcha at home.
Ingredients:
For Kulcha:
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1-1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
Salt to Taste
Warm Milk
1 tsp Butter
For Chhole Kulcha Masala:
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
20 Black Pepper Corn
2 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Chhole Masala
1/4 tsp Black Salt
For Green Chutney:
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander
1 inch Ginger
1 Green Chilly
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Tamarind Water
For Chhole:
1 Cup Chickpeas
1 Green Chilly
1 inch Ginger
1-2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Prepared Masala
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 Cup Green Water
For Chhole Kulcha Gravy:
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
3 Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Green Chilly
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander
1 Tomato
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Prepared Masala
Other Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
2-4 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Red Chilly Powder
Fresh Coriander
