Excellent idea for instant idli & chutney without coconut. 👌 Good recipe for when guests arrive unexpectedly. A suggestion: Remove the idlis with a butter knife or blunt side of any knife instead of a spoon.

Viraj bro. Agr hum blended pyaj, adrak, lahsun ko ek hi bar mei baki k trke k sath add kr k upe se grind kiya hua bhuna chnna powder add kr k pkaye. Pani k sath better liquid form mei pkaye.
