The mom was definitely wrong in this situation. Just because you gave birth to them and raise them (like you’re supposed to do), doesn’t give you the right to be entitled. The whole point of having a child is so they can experience life, probs have a family of their own and settle down. She’s actively trying to ruin that because she didn’t want to be separated from her son or didn’t want to pay her own bills. Either way she was wrong in the situation and she sounds like a typical narcissist, trying to be the victim when she’s the perpetrator.

A birth Mom can go at any time (to jail, deployment, hospital, or the great beyond). This is literally how my grandad acts. I live with him in college and once I started getting my own car and on my way to moving out he would try to see how much control he had over me and when I wouldnt allow it I was deemed as the problem. No but im an adult with my own agenda daily and you cant plan my timeline for me and tell me as the minutes go that this is my plan. So if he didnt ask me I would tell him I have things to do today and i would give him a time that I could do what he wanted and that would be a problem for him smh. I applaud Tshawntee for remaining respectful, not wanting her to be disrespected & trying to keep the peace (it’s rare that happens), but that shouldn’t be on her & is honestly too stressful as it is, let alone being pregnant. She shouldn’t have to constantly play mediator between them… His mother needs counseling or something. I’m not dismissing the close bond a child has with their parent (a lot of the time their mothers). But it gets to a point where it’s too much & becomes a serious problem when it’s time to live your life as an individual. Regardless of how much fame these two have gained, this is real & it happens more often than we realize. I do believe they love one another & it’s great that Tshawntee holds em both accountable. But even after all that (even if she is hurt), his mother still doesn’t get it. She needs to realize that he is a grown man/his own person, with his own life completely separate from her & their relationship. They may’ve had their issues, but Tshawntee seems like a really sweet woman & it does seem like they’re trying as a couple. Like he’s genuinely trying as an individual/a young man. Tshawntee is right… social media is an issue as well. There’s nothing wrong with sharing your life to an extent, but this is also why a lot of things need to remain private. Sometimes even parents needing time, just as a child would. However it’s like his mom can’t accept that even though he’s struggled in his life/relationships, he has a life without her. He has his own family & that it isn’t solely just the two of them anymore. His mom needs to learn to love & be there for him from a distance.

I didn’t see his first appearance.. But even on the second appearance, I wasn’t expecting him to say he had custody and that his first born’s mother was in jail/had been arrested…. That was a plot twist. Glad he’s stepping up though and trying to do better. He’s not perfect, but I do see a change in when he was first on vs now.
