Cut crease eyeshadow makeup has been exploding on social media for awhile with hacks like using a spoon to carve out the eyelid. A creator that was using the spoon technique created this cut crease piece to help with creating the perfect cut crease design on any eye shape. Same... The ones on Amazon I reckon are just from Chinese wholeseller. She didn't invent it because it's been on Alibaba and AliExpress for almost a year. She was just lucky to be the first to call it something and start dropshipping it ....

It actually works really good if you do it like you would do your normal cut crease where you go with the smallest brush and then the biggest brush to really blend it all out because that’s how I’ve seen people doing it and they don’t have to spend as much time fixing it

Part of the effectiveness of doing a manual cut crease by laying down concealer is that it re-blanks out the lid and puts down a base for another vibrant contrasting color, right?

I been rocking it since the 80's. I about died laughing when I learned it had been given an actual title or name of "Cut crease". All these tools and gadgets just complicate shit. We just used sponges and occasionally qtips to apply shadow and a brush to blend. Simple. Easy. Done.

I find this so completely useless. I’ve done a cut crease with just drawing the line, without a spoon or this dumb “makeup tool”. Clean up the line and continue. I really don’t like these things they are coming out with. Not worth the money. If someone absolutely needs assistance use a spoon.

I have similar eyes, and am intrigued by this idea. I am thinking it's pretty overpriced for such a simple thing though, so I might just experiment with some light cardboard to create a custom shape for my own wonky little eyes.

I MUST acknowledge how good you are closing one eye while keep the other fully open for a long duration AND alternating both sides too !!! I can’t seem to do that (not to mention how awful I look when I try), and so this tool may be good for people like me (so I can keep both eyes open under the crease tool).
