He's lied and misled his audience consistently about many things: His sleep schedule Him being just a chef in the military His steroid use (to the point of claiming he doesn't take any) His diet and how much protein he eats People have called him out and at the time exposed him for his lies. But as KZbin only has an attention span of a couple weeks this just resulted in him getting exposed to one side of his audience (the older ones as this happened 2 years ago) while the new ones like you don't know anything about this. Take everything this man says with a grain of salt, he is a entertainer a character not an actual advice giver / personal trainer esque type. The real advice does generally come from Derek from MPMD and coach Greg who exposed him the first time. Chef Rush is currently still lying and misleading about many of the things he does to stay and get big.

So I came here from that Hit-Me cake you made with Patrick Zeinali, and let's just say I was pleasantly surprised to find your content is not at all what I expected. I was expecting like Gordon Ramsay from Hell's Kitchen, but more intense. However, you're more like Bob Ross if he were a chef instead of a painter. Easily a 10/10, will come back for more content.

this is great recipe for this fried rice and this is the slowest tutorial on cooking i love it just one thing is your audio was cut off on parts of the video :( hope you can see this for yourself for your fellow viewers. some people caught that (i am one of them as well) also this was calming of you when cooking compared to your shorts you can be pretty loud which i have no issue especially the collabs you do with other youtubers. love your content chef! your an incredible chef DAMMIT!
