Why not address the double standard. I am a Black woman and it sickens me to hear some Blacks refer to each other as the N word. How and why should anyone else respect us when we don't respect ourselves? This is so very ridiculous.

I understand where some black people that use the N word come from: they used the word as a clapback. As a keyword for resistance. But it is and remains a derogatory word, no matter how and who uses it.

I'm a 72 year old white woman. I don't use the word. My children don't. My mother didn't allow us to call people names. She lived with me and my kids. A question? If a rapper wants young white people to buy their music, they don't want them to sing along with it? Just say upfront that you don't want them to listen to it and sing it.

Sadly they are largely puppets. Poor individuals who are largely from poverty stricken backgrounds and see their “chance “ at the cost of their souls and the expense of millions of others. Cogs in a well greased wheel by those who are constantly devising plans to destroy Blacks. From slavery to Jim Crow to red lining to the crack epidemic and beyond. It’s called social engineering and it’s Americas specialty when it comes to Blacks. Don’t take my word for it. Seek knowledge for yourself.

The thing about the N word being offensive is 1. a lot of black people want the opportunity to be offended by it, and 2. a lot white people want the opportunity to show how good a person they are by cancelling a white person who does use it. case in point, when that rapper invited a white girl on stage to sing his own song, she sang the word and him and the entire crowd (probably half of them were white) all turned on her, even though they were all singing the same lyrics in the crowd for the whole concert. it's just a word it's not that deep. either no one uses it or everyone can use it

Yup. I've said this same thing about other words and phrases that many pretend to be offended by. The main thing that makes a word offensive. Is the person and the way they let themselves react to it. I remember when I was young, and dumber than I like to think I am now, :) I called a girl the big C word in the middle of a "disagreement" and she acted like it was the worst thing ever in the history of the universe. Mind you, like I said, I was young and dumb and even before that nasty word left my mouth I had already called her worse names in my opinion. But, that weird word was the worse one for some reason and such a horrible thing. Meanwhile, they throw it around like a conjunction in many other cultures. Lol

Well he wouldn't cause why would he? He meant our people were the ones the name came from and a lot of Europe and the Arab peninsula would still look down on us, as they were empires and we were "barbarians" to whom anything could be done for we too were/are seen as lesser humans, many of them would still look down on us. Now, a good deal of us no longer care what faschism prone nations think of us, unless we have to be diplomatic with them; but the OP would be lying to say no one cares, sometimes here too violence would follow words. In the Balkans where I'm from especially. It doesn't change the fact that if someone can trigger me with words they control me, and I become the snarling low intelligence beast they like to portray us as. And while that letting go is a personal thing I believe it should always be the main goal when one can approach from a calm perspective. If someone is quoting a song or making a comedy sketch and it's obvious no offense was meant, in fact I'd wager that white people like this girl actually have a love for the culture, not prejudice; why the anger? If it's blind vengefulness two generations after the fact, that's some displaced ego issues or smt else projecting usually too (not for everyone, just basing it on our experiences here). Anyway, sorry for the rant just felt our hardassed and direct communication style might be misinterpreted here.

This nation was still better than what they left and appreciated it and worked very hard and put up with non stop attacks verbally and physically. Today they don’t take it anymore . Just like when I was growing up(As a white guy), me and all my friends(Both Black and White), we didn't use it in the derogatory way. It meant more like you're my boy or You're my homeboy or That person. That's all it means. It's not meant in a derogatory way. And if I were black, I could care less who the hell says it. I'm a black woman, and I utterly detest that word. However, I don't get upset when I hear people who are and who aren't black say it why because it doesn't control me. I ask people not to call me it. If they continue, I know they're not people I need to be around. Idk why most of us love that word. Honestly, it was meant and is STILL meant to demean us. It was used to "put us in our place." Yet so many of us use it in our daily vocabulary and consider it to be "ours" 🙄. If someone other than blk says it and it makes you upset, guess what, its NOT OURS. She has every right to say it, I honestly dont care. We say it like it's nothing. We say the Cwrd constantly in our songs. Heck, it was even in a Disney movie the new Indiana Jones, a racial slur was used🙄. The FIRST one in its film at that, smh. I don't like the word, but she lives in America she has every right to say it. She's getting backlash she seems like she doesn't care, lol. If we wanted others to stop saying it, WE should've been the first ones to abandon it.

I'm white and I've been told my whole life that I should NEVER say the N-word. Yet I've spent decades hearing black people say it all the time. In movies, on TV, in music, in person, and everywhere. Whenever I've asked why that is so, I've been told that it's okay for black people to say it but it's wrong for me. I'm not allowed to use the word based solely on the color of my skin. That is, by definition, as racist as any Jim Crow laws or racial segregation of any kind, but nobody cares. Either the N-word is bad or it's not. If it's really as bad as the race-baiters say, then nobody should use it. Ever. But the word is so popular and common in the black culture that it seems clear that it's use is used as a weapon to denigrate white people for crimes uncommitted.

I don't believe blacks are even offended by it. They have just been programmed over the years to react in a certain way when a white person says it. Years of Hollywood and the entertainment industry has taught them they are justified in flipping out and/or using violence in response to hearing the word from a white person. Just look at all the tv shows and movies that have shown that exact scenario. You combine the hatred of whites due to the constant claims of them oppressing you, with low impulse control, you get a ticking time bomb. Take away the logical thought process from the emotional female upbringing and you have a perfect storm. The end result is a totally irrational and unhinged response from a 2 syllable word.

Many years ago, I took a class called "History of the Black Experience." The professor, a Black man, impressed me not only with his intellectual acumen but also with his fair assessment of the diverse experiences we all have. One of the significant topics he addressed was the "N" word. He explained the difference between its two endings: the hard "er" and the softer "ah." The hard "er" was extremely offensive and, when uttered by the wrong person, could provoke a violent reaction. The professor suggested that every race has individuals who could be described with this derogatory term. This idea resonated with me, as I have encountered people who fit the description of what is commonly referred to as "white trash." The version of the word ending in "ah" was more nuanced. When used by one Black person to another, it could be interpreted in various ways, including as a term of endearment. In today's world, with rappers, comedians, and podcasters frequently using this term in entertainment, it can be confusing. Young people outside the Black race might use it, thinking it’s a word of affection. As a man in his 60s, this isn't an issue for me because the word doesn't come to mind. I grew up in an era when it never had a positive connotation, nor was it as prevalent, at least not in my experience. It's a complex world, and I empathize with young people trying to navigate it.

You are wrong. 80% of anime fans are woke, LGBTQ, sensitive uwu discord users who want to claim that they own anime and it's meant for them. These types of American weebs have affected Japanese anime and turned the current mainstream anime like hero academia into woke anime. There are more, but this is one that comes to mind right now. The only ones that stayed conservative is Dragonball, Boruto, Naruto, one piece and bleach. Jujutsu kaisen has a dap of wokeness in it. It just shows that those liberal anime fans are really making anime woke. But trust me when I say this, before most anime fans were conservative, but now these liberal anime fans overpower them. 80%> 20%. Everywhere you see a cute anime profile picture, that's a woke liberal supporting LGBTQ and cosplaying into dresses and dancing on TikTok. Twitch streamers, OF girls are also all woke anime fans. You can't really find conservative anime fans online nor real life as they have been reduced to a point where it's as if they don't exist. If you didn't know, Japan is also Woke now, the country is gone. Hopefully you haven't lived under a rock. I suggest you forget about Japan and let it rot.

Hopefully you stick with good people and make friends with those that lift you up and support you to what passions and dreams you have. There are good people out there, but conservatives just have to put extra effort in finding them. We all belong to our own category, some get along with others some don't. I have my fair share of people I don't get along with even if I tried my best. It is sad that two different political believers like the same thing (Anime), but they hardly get along. But most importantly whether I would have judged you or not, don't falter, you know better than anyone what kind of person you are. You have the memories of those good experiences and bonds you created with people for who you are. You know best what kind of Anime fan you are. Just a bright smile or showing a bright personality is annoying and poisonous to these Woke people. When they see it, they envy it. But once you feel like you offended someone for doing nothing wrong, for example like assuming I would judge you, that is the kind of weakness liberal people take advantage over people like us. You like that picture, you wanted to use it as a profile picture, that is fine. I am not allowed to judge you for your profile picture alone. She smells suspiciously like a fed to me. Someone else posted they think this could be a psyop and that's where I think this is going. Have a look at her social media and tell me it's not suspicious.

The psychological mind screw thats been put on the communitah is so extreme and they've become so confused that they think up is down, death is life, hate is love and help is an attack. If you've ever played a Final Fantasy game, basically berserk and confusion has been cast on them.
