Dreamliner in almost any seat has to be the worst passenger experience of any aircraft currently in service. I personally make every effort to avoid this aircraft where possible. The A350 shows the B789 experience as the bottom of the scale. If I am forced to travel on B789 we automatically take a pair of compressible seat cushions in hand baggage. I hope the pilots seats are more comfortable.

My wife and I have just returned from a visit to Los Angeles to see family and a visit to Casa Rodentii... At time of booking, "Economy Delight" appeared to be a better option than "Premium". Sadly, eleven hours in that seat was anything but delightful... I sat on my memory foam neck rest.... both outbound, and on the return flight. We're flying again, to Nassau in April next year,... Depending on who has the best premium package, it might be Virgin.
